We are joined on this episode by the talented Trusha Lakhani, an exceptionally qualified business coach, chartered accountant and finance director. As well as her background in finance and coaching, Trusha holds a Masters degree in computing and was an international assembly member for her global accounting body the ACCA (the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants) and now currently sits on their Corporate Sector Board.

Coaching has exploded in the workplace and more and more business leaders and teams are being coached to reach their new goals as an organisation. The estimated market size of the Coaching Industry is $15 billion in 2019 with a total of $7.5 billion worth market value in the US alone.
According to PwC, the Coaching Industry was the second fastest growing sector in the world. The market value is expected to reach $20 billion by 2022 with a 6.7% average yearly growth rate from 2019 to 2022.
